To ensure smooth coordination and communication, we've set up two WhatsApp groups just for the tournament.

GrassCourt Championship – Score:

Use this group to submit your match results. For doubles matches, only one player needs to post the result.
Score Format Example:
Date (5th July) - John & Mike vs Sarah & Alex - 6/3 4/6 10/7 - Win
Keep it simple and clear.
GrassCourt Championship – Court Booking :

Use this group to request court bookings for your matches. Here's how:
1.Check availability on MyCourts under the “GrassCourt Championship” allocation.
2.Send a message with:
Day, Time, Court Number, Names of at least 2 players.
3.You’re also free to book courts outside the tournament slots if they're available and suit your schedule.
Please use these groups strictly for scores and booking requests only.

Match Deadlines
Make sure your matches are played on time to keep the competition running smoothly:
Round 1 – Play by 7th July
Round 2 – Play by 17th July
Round 3 – Play by 26th July
Finals Day – 27th July
Match results will be updated on the leaderboard every Tuesday and Friday.
Only results submitted via the Score WhatsApp group will be recorded.
