Nominations for the Board 2026 -
to be ELECTED PRIOR to the Parent Club AGM on 9th January 2026
Members are reminded that the elections will close on Thursday 8th January at 12pm.
Please ensure your vote is cast in advance.
Eligible Members are: ALL SPORTS, 7 AND 5 DAY GOLF AND FULL TENNIS MEMBERS may vote using one of the following three options:
1. Attend the open polling at the club on Sunday, 4th Jan or Monday 5th Jan from 2pm to 6pm - As in any polling these session are made anonymously
2. Post your completed voting slip which have been sent by email directly to all eligible voting members.
- make sure to include your membership number or your name.
3. Email your voting slip or simply email vote@elmpark.ie noting your preferences (max 2).
Late polling slips will not be accepted. So please submit your vote well in advance or attend one of the in person polling sessions as outlined above.
