Coaching & Matchplay - Technical and tactical coaching followed by match play

Beginners Group Coaching – Learning the basics of groundstrokes, serve, net play and introduction to playing points

Intermediate Group Coaching – For players who have already acquired the basics and are looking to focus on improving their technique, consistency and understanding of the game.


MONDAY
6-7pm - Beginner Group Coaching (8 spaces)

7-8pm - Intermediate Group Coaching (16 spaces)

THURSDAY

10-11am - Intermediate Group Coaching (16 spaces)

11am-12pm - Cardio Tennis (12 spaces)

7-8pm - Ladies Coaching & Matchplay (8 spaces)

7-8pm - Men’s Coaching & Matchplay (8 spaces)

FRIDAY

9-10am - Coaching & Matchplay (16 spaces)

10-11am - Coaching & Matchplay (8 spaces)
