Change of Tennis court booking duration


Dear Member,

There is no doubt Covid 19 fatigue has set in, with constant changes to Guidelines leaving people confused and annoyed.


Please do not give up on us, normal is no longer normal, as we adapt the club to keep it safe for participation in sport.


We have an impending change. To ensure fair access to courts, our booking duration will revert to 1 hour bookings (max) from Monday 28th September.


There will be a two week transition period where old bookings for 1.5 hours are honoured, all new bookings should now be for 1 hour max.


We would particularly ask members to observe the discipline of booking even numbered courts on the hour and odd numbered courts on the half hour. This is an important safety issue to assist social distancing.


We would also like to remind members of the following:

Movement Maps
** The correct way of assessing the courts are shown in the posters attached. Please review the maps. NB Access to Courts 2 & 3.


Court Bookings
** All court bookings must have all names registered on the court booking.
If you have invited a Guest you must register “Guest” as you opponent and before playing the Guest registers their name & contact number with the Caddymasters at check-in.


** Players Under 16 can play with supervision of Parent or Guardian.

We are a Members' club and depend on members honouring our guidelines.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Elm Park Tennis Club <elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Elm Park Tennis Club <elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
