Grasscourt Championships Finals Day Results

Congratulations to all our prize winners in the Grasscourt Championships finals that took place on Sunday 24th July.


We congratulate Ladies Champion 2022 Zoe Emerson, and Men’s Champion 2022 Robert Doyle. Both played very tough opponents to claim their titles. Robert contested the finals for his third year in a row. He heads to Australia today to work in Perth, so he will not be around to defend his title next year. Best wishes for the new job Robert! Our Ladies Champion Zoe Emmerson was taken to three sets on her way to a hat trick of victories in the Ladies Championship. Zoe won the title in 2018, 2021 & now in 2022.


The finals were superb to watch with a lot of matches going to three sets. We had a wonderful day with great weather throughout the day, mind you the windly conditions did make it seem that you were playing against two opponents!
