Stars & Stripes U14 tournament is starting on Saturday 5th February for five Saturdays with a further two Saturdays for the semi final and final.
Elm Park will play on 12th,19th February, 5th, 12th March, semi finals and finals are on 19th & 26th March.
(we are not playing 5th February)
Times vary from week to week but generally matches tend to be at 5pm on Saturdays.
There are 8 players per team ( 4 boys & 4 girls) with the following format
** 2 x boys singles
** 1 x boys doubles
** 2 x girls singles
** 1 x girls doubles
Names are drawn out of a hat, the first two boys and girls names play singles with the remaining two playing doubles.
The Stars & Stripes league is for players who are ready to start participating in leagues for the coming season.
A player with a tennis Ireland ranking higher than 70 is not eligible to play in the competition. (This will only apply to a small number of our players who play tournaments )
If your child is born in 2009 & 2008 and would be of a suitable standard and would like to participate in the U14 Stars & Stripes, please submit their interest in the form below by Wednesday 3rd February.
