Final chance to sign up for our barbeque on Sunday 18th.
The catering staff need to have a good idea of numbers by Friday lunchtime which is why there is a deadline to sign up for this free event. We expect this to be a popular event. So if you have not already signed up please do so as soon as possible. Deadline is tomorrow, Friday 18th 12pm.
For logistical reasons relating to catering , we are unable to guarantee the availability of barbeque food to those who don’t notify their attendance in advance.

All Members are encouraged to play tennis at some stage on Sunday 18th July, either with
1. the grouping with whom they normally play (notify Aislinn of all 4 names and time by email to elm.park.ast@gmail.com), Please also register in the link for this grouping.
or
2. with the Adult Social Tennis Group - Fast 4 Competition. (please follow this link). Two time slots are available for Adult Social Tennis; 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
If you cannot play it is still possible to book the BBQ. Please register for BBQ only in the form.
The Vouchers will be given to the members who have registered on the day.
You must register for the BBQ otherwise we will not be able to facilitate your order.
And Finally,
Sunniva, Brendan, Andrea & Jan will take to court @ 4pm for the long awaited Tennis Captains Serve in.
We look forward to see as many as possible of you on Sunday.
