DLTC have announced their inaugural holding of the Women’s Over 60s League which will be commencing on Wednesday 6rd September with finals date to be advised.
Round Robin matches will be on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th September & 4th October.
Play Off dates will be decided & published, in August.
1. Players who reach the age of 60 by 31st December 2023 are eligible to compete.
2. Each Fixture shall consist of 3 doubles matches, with a Championship Tie-break (first to 10 points) to operate as the 3rd set.
A minimum of 12 teams across the Tennis Clubs will be required to go ahead and the intention is to have 2 Classes.
This league is separate to their Senior League played on Sunday afternoons & players are eligible to participate in both.
