NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Tennis Club of Elm Park Golf and Sports Club CLG (the "Company") will be held in Elm Park Clubhouse on Wednesday 10th January 2024 at 7.30pm, to consider the following business:
AGENDA
1. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 11th January 2023
2. To receive and consider the Reports of the Committee
3. Discussion on Matters arising from Minutes and Reports
4. To transact any other ordinary business
5. To elect the Officers and Members of the Committee
6. Any other business
