Dear Member,
The Tennis Committee have updated their guidelines on inviting guests to play tennis at Elm Park to the following.
** Members can avail of 2 court bookings per month to invite guests to play. This modification does not diminish the access of members to courts
** Guests are welcome up to 6pm after which time they will not be permitted
** Every guest has to sign in with the Caddymaster giving full name and contact details in order to facilitate possible contact tracing
** Please continue to book your courts on the hour and to register all opponents on your court booking
** Guests can be booked under "Guest Off Peak Hours" on the booking system.
You will appreciate the importance of this requirement from a public health perspective and the need for compliance to be monitored.
