Court Booking & Opening Hours

Dear Members,

We take this opportunity to wish all our members a safe and happy Christmas 2021.

Covid 19 has managed to return full circle into our lives. The Omicron version is worrying. We would ask all members to keep in mind our members who work on the front line and indeed all the volunteers who have come back to the HSE to support the call to give booster vaccinations. We need to keep Elm Park a safe place for them to use.

Elm Park Golf & Sports Club has worked hard to keep Covid 19 out of the estate, and we thank Tim O'Brien and his staff for their efforts in doing so.

We would ask that all members remember we have a collective responsibility to mind our fellow members and our wonderful staff in Elm Park.

The good news is that thankfully our courts remain open.

The Citizens Advice Bureau say that ...

Outdoor activities can take place without capacity limits.
Indoor group activities include:
Non-professional sports training and matches
. *There is no fixed capacity limit for indoor group activities.*

The terms of using the courts are that ,

1. Courts are correctly booked (all names entered on My Courts at the time of booking).
2. Check In with the CaddyMaster remains essential.
3. No congregation should take place.
4. Masks are mandatory in the club house.

Please respect these simple requirements to keep Elm Park compliant.

The Caddymaster Hours over Christmas / New Year are as follows

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Elm Park Tennis Club <elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Elm Park Tennis Club <elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from elmparktennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
