We are pleased to inform you that the Club have purchased two Drag Mats on Clay Courts 6 & 7.
We would like to remind members that it is incumbent on them to use these mats to refresh the clay each and every time after they play.
It will take a couple of minutes and is a standard requirement for the ongoing everyday maintenance of these courts.
It is important that the drag mats are used after play on the clay courts so please do leave the court the same way that you would like it to be when you arrive.
The drag mats are very simple to use and are hung on the fence on the court side. There are two mats so both sides can be done simultaneously
There is a grip handle attached to the rectangular mat and you pull it along the surface in straight lines either across or up and down the court this will then leave the court ready for the next players.
